Shay draws her last breath in The Forest, a place forbidden to to citizens. William wakes up in The Forest with no recollection of anything. Avery, Shay's friend, warned Shay. In a corrupt society where only the strongest survive, the weak die off. Kids are put into mysterious tests, which often lead to unknown disappearances and death. Shay tried to figure out these unknown deaths, now she herself is dead. In this science fiction novel, I present murder, mystery, and an unexpected friendship. Together they will figure out why humanity is on the brink of extinction, and how to solve it.

I asked the dark-haired man angrily but he only nodded his head calmly, "you didn't even hesitate to do this? despite being a cop and his husband?" I asked this time more furiously but he only ignored me and walked away. My head was filled with dizziness and my eyes went blurry in front of me, I had no sense of what to do next, the dizziness was so dominating that I lied on the road in between the street and closed my eyes.......Complete
