I get asked to give a lot of feedback on stories. I am straight and to the point when I do. I don't hand out fluff and "nice try" ribbons. I don't always have time enough to get to everybody, but I also know I tend to say the same things over and over to different authors. Which means two things: everyone who gets feedback from me can rest assured that it isn't just them getting the criticism I give out--lots of other writers do exactly the same things--and it should be super easy to compile them in a book.

And that is what this story is for. To make some of my most common feedback available to all.
