With only a few months left, Lara isn't sure she'll reach her goal in time. In her journey to make the leaders accept her and her kind, she meets an inexplicably strange boy that knows her new protector. His presence is unearthly in ways she cannot understand, yet she knows there is more to him and that brings light to what's been hidden in the mermaid world for centuries.
