After the TARDIS has a shaky landing on a remote and unfamiliar planet, the Doctor and Clara soon meet an enigmatic yet somehow familar young woman. Claiming to be the daughter of the Doctor and River Song, making her the Child of the TARDIS squared, Brook Song is desperate to prove her identity.

About to be wed to Foreman, who she claims is a Time Lord, Brook will find that even though she knows so much about the Doctor and Clara's future, there's much more the madman with a box knows about hers.

Daniel Ulysses Barrow, created in space, part Time Lord, part human, is abandoned to a parallel Earth with three things: a small bit of coral destined to become a sentient time machine, Rose Tyler and the clothes on his back. When he is rejected by Rose, he is forced to build a life on his own. And he does. Two years on he has everything the Doctor lost: a home in the Scottish Highlands that reminds him of Gallifrey, a wife who loves him and a family. But in one horrible moment, his life is marred by an unimaginable tragedy, and like the Doctor, he is forced to go on. Unlike the Doctor, he has three motherless children and must go without his TARDIS. He can’t see it yet, but there is a light at the end of this tunnel. He is destined to fulfil a prophecy and he won't do it alone.
