The OUTLAWS being the organization that Teds parents worked for before getting killed by police officer and long friend to Ted, "Brandon Hill". Fueled by revenge, Ted is ready willing and able to find Brandon and take his life while Dillon wonders if he can still remain sane during the events of the story.
