Elise sat on her knees, staring down at the river. "It's been ten years now daddy." She sniffed. "I'm in highschool now. Tenth grade." She smiled sadly. "I've been thinking about college." Her voice cracked. "Daddy.. I try not to be sad.. But its so hard. It hurts daddy. It hurts so much. I wish you were here."
A tear ran down her cheek.
"But I know you'll be with me when I graduate. Maybe even if I walk down the aisle."
A sob broke out through her throat.
"Daddy... Can see me?"
