It's the tenth annual Hunger Games, and Coriolanus Snow is preparing for his last class assignment as a mentor, which will ensure his chances of paying for University and save the once-mighty house of Snow from further financial hardship.

He is given a male tribute, Louis Rein from District 12, who has stolen the show with his beautiful voice and resonating poems. With Louis in the Capitol's favor, Coriolanus has a chance to outwit and outmaneuver his way to victory. The only problem is his deep affection for the boy clouding his judgment, causing him to weigh his need to abide by the rules and his desire to survive.

This is a fanfiction and reimagination of Suzanne Collins' The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes!

A Maybank and A Cameron? It's almost like a modern Romeo and Juliet. It's forbidden for them to be together. Could be the end of the world. The stolen glances, the hidden feelings, the unspoken words, the secret meetings and the obvious hatred towards each other followed by constant conflicts and some hidden past that threatened them but there are always invisible strings tied and pulling them together no matter how hard the tides trying to pull and part them away from each other.
