Welcome back. The dead are still about, haunting the lives of those who still live. It's been three years now. Three years on this earth, this earth seemingly born from hell. How much ammo is to be used, how many lives are to be lost, how many need to suffer, and for how much longer before these vile creatures leave permanently? No one knows anymore. They're not even sure whether the fight is still worth it. If there is a light at the end of their tunnel. 
Some have contemplated giving up, whether finally falling to the ground and letting the very danger they've been running from have them, or ending it all themselves. There are not many people left on this forsaken planet, fighting this bloody war.

At the end of it all, they only have each other.

So, they continue to live by their code. No one left behind.
