''Look what we've got here, what do you think Cole?'', he asks one of the guys behind him. ''Looks like a scared little lost puppy to me. I think we should help the little puppy'', the guy (Cole) says. He has dark brown hair and grey eyes, his arms all covered in tattoos. A shiver goes up my spine. This is definitely the ''wrong crowd'' my dad always warned me about. ''Does the puppy have a name?'', the guy I bumped into asks. ''Kenna. Kenna James'', I say. My voice is a little shaky and I hate it. ''Ah you're the new girl. You couldn't keep your eyes off me first period'', he says winking. ''Of course I understand that, I'm fucking gorgeous.'' 

 Kenna James always thought she wouldn't fall for pretty words and promises. 

That changes when she meets Alex McCall.
