It gradually gets better I think. I don't really like the first 2 chapters that much but when I finish the book I will definitely fix everything. This is my first book

Prologue:

Amanda's Pov.
Today is the first day of senior year, I walked in the school and found 3 guys holding their fists at me. They were from the basketball team. I started to find a way to get away but one of them grabbed my wrist. "Bam" They kept on punching me until I was going unconscious. I was slowly falling before I reached the ground a guy with those recognizable brown eyes caught me. Then everything faded into darkness.

Note: This happens in chapter 3.
