While in this new school he unintentionally captures the attention of the most beautiful and popular girl there, Videl. An ebony haired beauty that is basically the queen of the school and is top dog. Can this average bad boy knock her down a peg or two while battling girls, jocks, and keeeping his super hero life a secret.
