Selina McDaniel is the happiest teenager in the world. She has a hot boyfriend named Jackson, whom she expresses deep love for.

One day, Jackson leaves Selina because her father doesn't like him.

Selina then expresses anger for her father who she blames for making Jackson leave, ultimately resulting in him dying in a car crash. Selina's very hurt mother watches her daughter's anger for her father and cries as she feels helplessness over the situation. Over the course of the story, Selina tries to go about her life, being pregnant, after Jackson's death.
