Kailanman ay di na nito malalasap
Subalit sa buhay ko, ika’y nagbalik
Lumalim ang ating pagiging matalik
Na magkaibigan at di rin naglaon
Ay nagsumpaan na sa habang panahon
 
Tayong dalawa ay palagi ng tapat
Layo man natin sa isa’t isa’y dagat
Kahit magsanga pa’ng ating mga landas
Sakit sa puso ay hindi paparanas
Pagsinta mo sa’ki’y higit pa sa sapat
Laging para sa’yo’y gagawin ang lahat
 
Hangin man ay biglang magbago ng ihip
Aking mahal, ikaw lang ang nasa isip
Pinagdarasal ko lagi ng taimtim
Liwanag mo’y ako sa sukdulang dilim
Ikaw ang may ari nitong aking puso
Ilaw mo ako, sa iyong buong mundo
