His Game

This story is about Devon Flowers and his family moving from Venezuela to New Jersey. Along with him is his mom, Gloria, and his brother, D'angelo. Normal neighbors are middle-class people with a couple of kids and possibly a swimming pool. But Devon's neighbor isn't like that and he certainly isn't normal. Devon lives next door to Alfred Bishop, NBA star. Alfred and Devon develop a strong bond as Alfred teaches Devon about the game he loves so much and makes him a better player. But tragedy strikes at the height of Alfred's career and relationships are tested and twisted. Will Devon be able to live up to Alfred's expectations or will he fail to reach his potential?
