Under Stellar Light is an ekphrasis poem inspired by and elaborating on the album art for French shoegaze band Alcest's Écailles de Lune album. The art has been done by French musician and artist Fursy who has a band of his own called Les Discrets.
The poem takes on the surreal theme of the art and draws a melancholic romantic theme of a dreamland that is the backbone of all of Alcest's albums and frontman Neige's musical inspiration.
This ekphrasis is a tribute to Alcest and Fursy.
The anthology starts with the Alcest tribute but goes on with my original works in the surreal and ethereal theme.

You're an overlord in hell. You have been for a while now. Even though everyone in hell knows your name, no one has actually seen you since you left after helping Lucifer and his wife Lilith build hell's city. You are one of hell's oldest overlords aside from Zestial. You live inside a massive mansion with a vast library and study. One day, Lucifer sends you a letter about his concerns with the Radio demon living with his daughter Charlie and suggests that you watch over her. The next thing you know, you're inside the hotel being greeted by the staff members. That is, all but one. Alastor. -------------------------------------------------------- (Alastor's POV) "Husker, my old friend! May I pick your brain for a moment?" Husker groaned but begrudgingly agreed "Fine" "Amazing!" I situate myself on one of the bar stools and place my chin on my hand. "A couple days ago, you had informed me that, based off of a seemingly insignificant tattoo, you were able to tell that Y/n was the first overlord? Please, you've got me curious. How were you able to figure that out?" I gave him a closed smile as I awaited his response. He sighed and looked around to make sure that no one else besides the drunken spider was listening. (Can be found at the bottom page of Chapter fourteen) -------------------------------------------------------- All of the Hazbin Hotel characters do not belong to me, they belong to Vivzy. I had to get out of town and start new. I packed my things and went to Louisiana; my family wouldn't find me there. I found a job that helped me lay low and made a few friends. But my friend just HAD to set me up on that date. Alastor, that was his name. He seemed nice and genuine, such a gentleman. Until the god damn man tried to stab me! Luckily, I got away. The Truth of A Sinner, the Truth of a Siren
In all of Hell, there was a demon more feared then Alastor, the radio demon, one that rivaled that of Lucifer and angels alike. Who is she,an overlord for sure yes, but who is she truly? They call her the "Soul Siren", as deadly and wicked as they come, only few know who she truly is, few barely live when they encounter her. So how is Hell still around then, because she hides in plain sight, you don't know it's her until it's too late. But what happens when she meets and helps the Hazbin Hotel? Will she reveal who she truly is to Hell and Heaven or keep her secret? Protect Hell or let it waste away? This is my first story so please don't hate it and I'm always up for suggestions too. I will try my best to update regularly but things always change for me so don't be mad if I can't update very regularly. I do hope you enjoy this story.

Growing up you took after your parents. You loved how they are the most feared and how they run everything. But you don't want to just "be" like them. You want to be better and you felt the one of the many ways to evolve is by music. Everybody listened to it and you were able to corrupt the corrupted system taking their souls instead of the other way around, and throwing those people into brothels. Now with your younger sister starting a hotel to rehabilitate demons, your parent sent you to make sure she doesn't get in trouble, but by doing so you met one of the most famous overlords that grew powerful overnight.
