In recent years, the number of school shootings, hazing, hostage taking, kidnapping, and illegal drug dealing incidents inside the campuses of America has drastically increased.
In order to address this issue, the U.S. Government adopted and implemented a system from Russia to prevent these kinds of incidents from happening again.
This system is called the "Cloaked Lady Knight Initiative."
Under the authority and jurisdiction of U.S. Homeland Security, the Cloaked Lady Knight Initiative System involves the selection and testing of mentally stable, physically fit, and morally upright young girls in each class in every grade school, high school, and colleges.
Candidates who pass the initial test will go through and finish a 3-month special military training course.
After this, they will be deputized and returned to their respective schools to start their mission: "To protect their fellow schoolmates and serve their alma mater in secret."
