Dit verhaal gaat over een meisje genaamd Fay Darcy Horan. Ze is het zusje van de beroemde Niall Horan die in een band zit genaamd One Direction. Fay heeft ook een andere oudere broer genaamd Greg. Fay is geadopteerd, want Bobby en Maura kregen geen meisje, dus besloten ze een meisje te adopteren. En dat meisje is dus Fay.
Als Fay op de jongen met krullend haar valt, genaamd Harry Styles, daten ze stiekem. Want Niall wilt niet (net als Louis) dat een van de jongens zijn zusje date. Maar wat nou als Niall erachter komt? Maar later als Niall er zeker van weet dat hij het moet accepteren, gaat Harry ook nog eens vreemd met Taylor Swift. Blijft de vriendschap tussen Niall en Harry? Maakt Fay het uit en wilt ze niks meer met Harry te maken hebben? Zo denkt Fay natuurlijk dat het allemaal haar schuld is, want ze is net 16 geworden. Daarom besluit ze zich zelf pijn te doen..
