After a strange, crinkley woman shows up at her Aunties doorstep and claims to be a distant relative, offering to take the two eldest girls with her to an elite boarding school for girls, her aunt is all too happy to oblige. That is, after checking the womans' story for validation, of course. Samantha knew she should have been happy, excited even, but even as she packed she felt something was out of place. It was all too good to be true, and she knew that luck didn't work that way.
