Valentine Lovett has six best friends; DeeDee Larsen, Destinee Fischer, Janessa Wolfe and Destiny, Faith and Hope Bishop. The seven of them love throwing parties and somebody is having one every weekend. At one of Destinee's, during a fateful game of spin-the-bottle, Valentine falls head-over-heels in love with alpha hottie, Derek Park. He ditches rich-bitch Erin Paisli for Val, setting off the rumor mill at their high school. The new couple struggles through obstacles like parents, gossipy teenagers, homework-overloaders, and this crazy club that is desperate to get Valentine in as a publicity stunt--despite what they said about promising to stay back when she said no. Will Valerek's love be able to overcome everything? Or will they split due to not-just-peer pressure?
