Eliora, a hyper forensic psychologist, along with her partner – her pretty-boy detective brother Eddie Thawne, moved from Keystone City to Central City. Now her brother had a new partner while she had to share an office with a nerdy forensic scientist called Barry Allen. After they're both struck by lightning and miraculously survived, strange things started happening. And they soon found themselves doing equally strange things, from spending time in an abandoned lab on daily basis with three scientists with troubled pasts to falling in love.
