Felicity Smoak is the daughter of Tony Stark she works for the Arrow. Her father made her train in self defence of every kind people in Starling City think she is an ordinary IT girl in real life she is dangerous. Not even Team Arrow or the Avengers know how dangerously she is, only her father, Nick Fury, and her mother know.
This is after Arrow 3:09 the climb and after The first Avengers movie. 
And has an Agents of SHIELD story line too. It is based on Agents of shield, the characters are the same but the story line is altered. They're  still after Ward and getting inhumans.


In this Tommy, Thea and Laurel know Oliver is the Arrow, Sara and Tommy are alive.

Just like her dad she has been a valued marvel Iron hero named 'Ironheart' (pretending that she is ironheart since idk what else to do). Managing Junior year of high school and college courses on top of being a superhero and being the daughter of a famous billionaire and superhero she has her hands full and never gave to much thought to making friends or anything else. When Vallory was asigned to help train the rookie new superhero she didn't expect to get someone her own age of 17 that was actually pretty cool to hang out with.
