Maddie's mom and older brother were killed by her abusive father. And now she is alone. She doesn't have Kyle, her brother, by her side. Austin is the most popular boy in the 8th grade. He is a football player, and a drummer. Maddie is a 7th grader and 7th and 8th graders have band together. Austin notices that something is wrong with Maddie. He doesn't like all of the bruises and scratches she has. They become friends and Austin tries to gain her trust.All Rights Reserved
