Katniss and Peeta caused a spark of defiance in the 74th Hunger Games. Now, there children are at risk of going into the games. Katniss and Peeta are worried that their children will be put in the games, as a consequence of the incident they caused over 20 years ago. Sacrifices are made, defiance is sparked but the real question is? Could the rebellion be in the hands of their children?
