After the double whammy of his brother's disappearance and the mysterious inferno that destroyed his home-sweet-home, Felix is pissed to learn the city superhero may have played a part. Able to suck the souls out of human vessels, Felix swears to "save" every soul in the city, reach the top of a godly hierarchy, and destroy the-He's obviously a demon!-superhero, Quixotic.

After gaining insight on Felix's powerful ancestry, Hen, the city supervillain, creates a team of five powerful individuals to win Felix's trust and wreak havoc over Quixotic's conscience. Hen is given one month, until the power-binding blue moon, to hone the team's skills and control every mind in Jupiter City. He struggles to keep Quixotic at bay and Felix from detecting his evil plan. If he doesn't control Jupiter City within the month, he'll go mad in starvation.

"...maybe the whole world is one big, confusing unfair mystery that doesn't make sense and never will. But hey, maybe that's the beauty of it all: the not knowing." • • • This is the story of Brenna Wolfe, an Irish Catholic who loses her family to a virulent outbreak of a deadly disease, and lives through it herself. She is saved by a demon named Felix, who allows her to live out her wildest dreams for the ultimate price: her eternal soul. However, that might not be what her dreams are worth after all. At least, that's what Felix reveals right before he proposes a different deal entirely. It's one Brenna accepts without hesitation, only to discover later on how unhinged his offer truly was. Past ignorance is replaced with sacred knowledge, and following the ultimate test of faith, Brenna finally comes to know the value of what she was seeking all along. ☆ Interesting facts ☆ 1. This is based on Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler. It's largely an OC thing, but includes several canon characters. Thus, I've named it honoring the anime, and it's full name is "Kuroshitsuji: Seventh Sin." 2. It's one of the first things I wrote on here so it's bound to have a few issues. 3. The structure of the chapters is based on Dante's Inferno/The Devine Comedy. I started this around the same time I drafted "Letters From Iroh," when I was in my first year of college/university. I was reading the book for a Humanities course at the time and writing this helped me to better remember the order of all the layers of Hell and the corresponding sins/punishments/etc. Look at that, anime helped my grade! Haha. Alllllright. Alright? Alright. That's about it. Enjoy! (*^^)v

The rain is pouring down and the only lights that can be seen are the ones from the cars and the nearest gas station. Felix is sprinting down the road on a bicycle, soaked from head to toe, but too scared to stop now. After claiming he saw a mysterious entity, he couldn't stay home anymore. The first thing he felt was needed is to run away, it doesn't matter where. That's how he ended up meeting Dimitri, the unfortunate boy that was working the night shift at the gas station. He was expecting everything but a Shadow appearing in front of him while Felix is clinging to his arm in horror. After all the years Felix had to endure, feeling alone and not trusted, finally there was someone who believed him. Someone else who could also see The Shadow. Without wanting to, now they're stuck together trying to figure out what that entity wants from them, and more importantly, if they're going to live through all of this.
