"Not your run of the mill 'Chosen One' story."

In the land of Marian, War raged over the possession of the Eternity Stone, an artifact of great power. Fortunately, the Warlock thought of a wonderful plan: pick out a Great Hero to go on a Great Quest to retrieve the Eternity Stone. This would have been all well and good if it weren't for one tiny fact.

The Great Hero that the Warlock chose is a thirteen year old Knight in training, Brave Heroics.

Worse so, he seems to be completely useless, which is why the Warlock enlisted me, Lucas, and my little brother Isaac to pose as his servants so that he can at least get out of this alive. 

Throw in Quest Tasks, Mages, a vengeful young Duchess, and the looming presence of the two most notorious criminals in the land... Well, it looks like I have a long haul ahead.

(Warning: Humor, some dark themes, references to modern culture in a medieval-esque time period, Isaac)

The Granny look at the boy silently with a solemn smile. Her eye narrow in a soft and gentle gaze she give to the kids that was playing at her yard. "He will be." she said before stand and walk to a well. The boy were born as a normal human. There is no easy way for him to be a magician. he has no mana in him. Or that's what everyone expect from him. Writer: "Hey, that's enough reminiscing about your past. it's the story description section. Not the story yet!" Nakajima: "Fine. I will start with the description." Writer: " good. get back to work." 13 Land Under Holy Crystal Blessing, as the name suggest, It was about a holy crystal that blessed a land. like a mainland or somesort. So... Writer: "is that really the right way to make a description?" Nakajima: *sigh* There is a mainland with 13 state under a flag named Melloyern. These all 13 state have it's very own holy crystal that bless the state individually. But, the crystal contains powerful amount of mana that makes every single person in Melloyern going for it. A group of magician called Denials were up to collect all of the crystal to keep them safe from wrong hands. There is a lot of hindrance in their path such as the Kingdom of Melloyern itself is turning against these guys. Still there are more. Can they survive? it's up to them to decide. His name is kranks, ruler, sorcerers and army of goblins, gnomes and trolls. The sorcerer has one weapon that he uses, bracelet, that turns the user into madnes. As when Timûs was growing up his farther, lord p , and his mother who was the queen, queen, and the Imp who was the economically trained , Tock, who also trained as worrier . Timûs doesn't go alone. His two cousins, kitor and Andor who were his long lost cousins. The charismatic elf Josen, the Druid Sandor and the dwarf brothers Garo and Fardor. As well the elven scout called Fár. To seek out the bracelet and destroy it. But there is two outlanders an a troll of the name of Mashder who speaks, but, only little. bow master of the name of Adamer that Timûs comes across. As when Timûs gose on adventure, there is untrustworthy, ugly, lying gnome by name of Sumbumer. who she is corrupted by of the Bracelet. Aswell, Timûs has only wanted one thing. That would be have girl friend, who his called, Eellaer, who is only year younger than Timûs. Reason, willingness, braveness and knowledge all Timûs needs to go on this adventure.

It isn't overly mature... there isn't much explicit language or sexual scenes, but there is a bit of violence, so just keep that in mind... and despite all that negativity, ENJOY!

"I understand Uncle *Sniff* I will be brave for the family and Mom." I took the cloak from his hands, and something clicked inside my head. A voice came through to my head, more a whisper than a normal voice. Uncle Waller stood up and walked away. I embraced the cloak, my tears falling on it, as I remembered my fathers scent. "I don't know what happened... But I promise you this Father, I will find the person who did this to you, and make it pay for taking you away from our family". I swore with anger burning in my heart. "I must grow strong, just like Father, Uncle and Grandpa... I will become The strongest Warrior there ever was, you will see Father..." I walked back inside the house. "Allen... You have promise..." Said the whisper, "I will help you grow strong, and get Revenge..." Said the voice with sadness, "You are a very special Kid".

In JOS I set the rogue and con-artist Harric against a foil of warriors in a land threatened by magic and civil war. Whenever possible I turn familiar tropes on their heads: instead of a handsome young Lancelot, I cast a broken-down ex-champion addicted to pain-killing herbs; instead of a dashing Squire Brian, the old knight reluctantly takes an ambitious young woman as squire. Similarly, I re-imagine the standard medieval milieu by infusing aspects of two of my favorite historical periods, Elizabethan England, and The American Frontier. Both eras boast a kind of nationalistic arrogance that borders on hubris, and a magnificent spirit of resourcefulness and re-invention that is fun to play with.
