A Soul Chain is something that binds your soul with another. You can't physically see it, but you're spiritually linked. If something happens to the other person, you'll know it.

When regular, mostly law abiding, sixteen year old Gabriel Lightsander gets attacked one day on his way to school by a mysterious woman...another one swoops in to save him?

Reine Yvatlovich is an Iegashyia, a supernatural being, who happens to be tied to a Soul Chain of twelve people. When a war threatens to break out supernaturally, Reine tries her best to keep the chain in check, seeing as she is its guardian. However, she may need a little help...and a little unwilling cooperation from a certain blond haired boy.

Being a stubborn, independent person, the girl doubles down on her resolve when the world she knows crumbles beneath her feet. What else could she do when her mere birth had done enough? They learnt from a young age no one that means NO ONE can know about their powers even their parents and other siblings. It brings out the true friends and those who just want to use you. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else.
