Rowan's life was never hard. She never had to deal with poverty or starvation. The worst thing her mind ever focused on was what she got on her calculus test. She never dreamed of life beyond her little town. Till she saves the life of one boy. A boy that clearly wanted to die. Throw into that the joys of being a loner, a directionally challenged girl, threats, gangs, and extremely over protective boys. I thought I was dead dead, but I woke up as a baby, not just any baby, a baby monkey demon, and you wanna know who my dad was? Sun Wukong the Monkey King from LMK.
