What is SHIELD? A distant memory now, as HYDRA has laid waste to the intelligence organization. Trusts were broken between the closest friends and coworkers as anyone could’ve been working for HYDRA and no one would know it. It was a scary thought, but an important one that could mean the difference between life and death, living and just surviving. As long as you trusted no one but yourself, you may just be able to make it in this dismal and slowly diminishing world some dare call home.

Kennedy Rumlow was Brock rumlows neice, and lived with him at a young age. It was hard to avoid HYDRA when Kennedy was around, so brock put her to use- in HYDRA.

[authors note: Hehehe, im back again. I've been working on my writing style and have been reading a lot of things to help me write these characters better these past months...years...however long its been. This story I've had in my mind for awhile now and have been dying to write it, but was worried that I would butcher it like my last two big stories (Confusion and Helping Hand). Chronic will be placed in a whole different universe than the Reign series and will take place during and right after Captain America: the Winter Soldier. This means that everything after Cap2 will be irrelevent to this story. I will begin posting this story once im done renovating my page this week; so expect seeing things soon.
