Spade is a vampire, and she has been for a long-long time. She isn't your traditional vampire though, she' an outcast- and a goth. One day, her parents decide that they've had enough of her procrastinating and set her up on a date with yet another man. It turns out that by a stroke of misfortune that he's a werewolf, and not only that he's an obnoxious punk. After a first date mishap, Spade injects him with a special healing chemical, and it heals him, but gives him vampire fangs, and his hair and nails begin to grow much to fast to be normal. Spade decides to hide Vlad (the werewolf) at her house, because his parents are 'Werewolfists', and things pick up from there.
