He spoke into his recorder which he has used all the details of his experiments. 
"17-9-23, today is the day I will finish up my experiments and thoughts with my last and biggest experiment..." He went on about every detail and thing he used to get his experiments to work and with his little pet mouse, named Donkey, that he experiments everything on, so far, was right.
