Anne Doley is your not-so-average teenager. A junior in high school, she strives to blend in with the lockers, to surpass every high-school drama that comes her way. And Sovertown High is the center of drama. Nestled in the small suburbs of Pennsylvania, not much exciting happens outside of school. The real gossip lies within. Behind every door lies a new rumor and secret. And Anne just happens to open the wrong door. On accident, of course. But her accidental stumble causes her to become the center of attention. Now wrapped-into the biggest piece of juicy gossip Sovertown High has ever experienced, blending in with the shadows has been proven easier said than done.

She's practically stalking him, and if he befriends her, she might find out about his grandfather and ruin his plan. But what if he just wrote her back?
