This book is about a girl named Ciara she has a boyfriend named Durrell a dad named Jamal a sister named Briana and her mothers name was Cheryl. she is 17 years old and is a senior in high school she live in what you would call "the ghetto" but it wasn't the projects. her father is in and out of her life and her boyfriend keeps hurting her and girls are always acting fake and Dont respect her. The only person that she has by her side always and forever is her mother.
