Cirque de la Foudre - Circus of Lightning. The name was given to it after its random appearances, usually following a thunder storm. Ringmaster Johnny Cage is proud of his circus, none are what society would deem "normal"- then again, what kind of circus is normal?
One would think weird would be normal here. But performers aren't meant to go missing, random graffiti isn't meant to follow them, and why is it that one certain guest always seems...familiar?
