In my world, there are three sorts of were-creatures, were-wolves, were-cats, were-bears. And even though the races hate each other, everything fits. Except me. 

When I was four mother was killed before my eyes and my father went insane. For the next ten years my father tortured me until, on my fourteenth birthday I snapped. 

After killing my own father, I patrolled the woods and as my territory grew, so did my reputation as a cold hearted killer. 

"I have many names; Phantom, The lone shadow, were-killer. No one, save myself,  knows my real name, but to me it is a bit a joke. The name my dead parents gave me is Mercy."
