There are people in our world , living amongst us who have special abilities. Some can manipulate elements ,freeze time and the really dangerous ones can even control your mind. There have been many names for them over the years but now we call them marvels. Well the few people who know about them at least. River has spent his whole life hunting them. He blames them for the death of his parents and has dedicated his life to making them extinct, until he meets Olivia. Olivia is a marvel with the ability to control the weather. She just wants to keep her little brother safe but that's kind of hard to do when you've been kidnapped by hostile dicks who seem to think you want to takeover the world.All Rights Reserved
