Finding that island could mean finding the answers to her burning questions, and maybe even answers to questions she didn't know she had. However, not everything is what she thought it would be when she finally finds the island, and her dreams become a harsh reality. Elis turns out to be someone else, and when another man swoops in every time Maxine is in danger, she becomes confused about what love really is. The Advisors, the ten women governing the world, want to assimilate the people of the island, not knowing that those people have an extreme advantage over them. Maxine also learns that her family has been lying to her about who she really is. First and foremost, this is a fanfictional reimagining of Jurassic Park 3. If you are not a fan of reimaginings, this is not the story for you. This is not an original story. The time period may be in the nineteen hundreds for this reimagining, 1996 to be exact, but the AvP character has access to technology, medicine, and all other things, far beyond the nineteen hundreds. Lastly, this reimagining is part of a larger fanfictional reimagining of many sci-fi horror thriller franchises. It's mainly linked with my AvP universe I put together as the AvP character in this story is the main character of those stories. She may only be seventeen years old in this story, but she has technically lived longer than that and done a great many things before getting stranded on Isla Sorna with my main Jurassic oc.
