i do not claim anything before chapter 08 as my own. i wrote this when i was 14 and it was heavily, heavily, HEAVILY influenced by the online comic cold front created by smphantom until i latched onto a different plotline. i have since spoken with the artist and they were very understanding. please check out cold front! it is very, very good.

The last day Mabel and their parents saw him was one day before school. And haven't seen him since. All Mabel found in his room was a note. It was obviously a clue but she was never good at figuring this stuff out dipper was. But when she did get it the answer frightened her slightly bringing back memories. Bill Cipher Dipper went back to Gravity falls months before they were supposed to. Why did he leave a note about Bill? Did they make a deal? Did Bill posses him again? Bill thrived on the dependency of Pinetree, and Dipper loved the attention he got from him. In the end, things start to drastically shift in the teen's mind and his new best friend is there to guide him. Mabel isn't the best sister, but she tries.
