Brooklyn and Ayden have known each other for most of their lives. They were together all the time always going on some sort of adventure, or laughing their heads off, or heading out to their favorite secret hangout spot. But eventually they developed feelings for each other, just like in any other story like this one. They date for a while, eventually fall in love, and begin thinking about forever. The problem is they both have very different ideas of forever, because of course, at 16 and 17, your future isn't much more than a dream. They drift apart and begin their future, no longer thinking about the other person. Now Brooklyn has just finished college at the young age of 19, and is working at a very successful home design company, has a wonderful boyfriend, Jaxson, and is currently loving life. Ayden on the other hand, isn't loving life quite as much as Brooklyn. He works at the coffee shop straight across the street from the building that Brooklyn works in, and has the pleasure of watching her and her new boy-toy walk to work every day. He spends his free time hanging out at a local bar, though not yet old enough to drink at the age of 20. He dropped out of high school after his split with Brooklyn, and never went back to finish. Eventually they run into each other again, but do they still feel the same? Will sparks fly like they used to?
