Left behind by his missing father and raised by his mother, teenager Geo Stelar, AKA Megaman, is trying to sort out who he is and exactly what his feelings are for the student body president, Luna Platz, and the school idol, Sonia Strumm. When Geo finds a mysterious pair of glasses and suitcase that was his father's, he pursues a quest to solve his father's disappearance. His search takes him to AMAKEN and the lab of Aaron Boreal and Tom Dubius, setting him on a collision course with Dubius' alter ego, Cygnus Wing.
