Evelyn and Claude's mother grows gravely (no pun intended) ill. They aren't sure what to do, but then a stranger comes along and offers them more hope than they ever could've wished for. From the point of view of 'Hope' itself, we see how these small children handle death and the unfortunate circumstances that arise around it.
(if you couldn't figure it out yourself- this is set around 100 years ago, give or take. it is not meant to be modern as it is based around the style of the ingenious Edgar Allan Poe)

an original story based on nothing but my own imagination. the characters from a random drawing made in math class. it is odd but kind of relatable. I write this up in 2015. creatures called Alicana travel on a quest to save kids that have been kidnapped by humans. starting out on a big day in town. finding themself as new adults. only to find that they have been attacked in the night. with Shyrifel's power to read minds he tracks the way the humans have taken the kids. with his friend Leo worried about his mental health. meeting many along the way. will they be able to save them? don't know yet since this is unfinished.

Cleopatra still has to figure out how to live in this world. Twyla hope's her dad survives. Vampiris is starting to get her mothers and grandfathers powers.
