Kayla Thatcher is not your regular golden child. After a traumatic incident, she moves away leaving behind her best friend Andy Wilson. She is left to be cold and emotionless. Andy and his parents were coming to visit Kayla and her family. But a car accident kills Andy's parents, allowing Andy to move in with Kayla. She is enjoying her time with Andy making a new unexpected along the way. The school's star quarterback, Nathan Collins. He helps her and starts wanting to be part of her life more and more.
