Also there's a new girl in town who dresses up as Raven (from the Teen Titans) and goes to the festival. Since she is a awesome dancer and catches everyone's attention one of the turtles might fall for her. But then she becomes a person who turned into her true self (which is a vampire) and tries to kill the turtles and their allies.*Scary background music* But the girl might get killed instead.
