artemis first met derek in a bar. and both being only eighteen and reckless at the time, the two never really figured out where they stood. what defined the lines between friendship and something more.
for four years artemis stuck with derek through everything and the pair knew everything about each other. now maybe dealing with derek's version of a period every month wasn't ideal but she couldn't complain; he was her family.
but when laura hale ends up dead in derek's hometown, beacon hills, artemis begins to learn that love is dangerous; and she should be afraid.

19 year old Hayley Slade is a werewolf by birth, comes from a long line of werewolves. After her house mysteriously catches fire. A fire that ultimately kills her entire family. Since the fire Derek and Laura have gone underground and are nowhere to be found. During her first night in Beacon Hills, Scott gets bitten by an unknown alpha. Soon she finds Derek and in the process finds out their feelings run even deeper then she originally though. Side by side they work to together to help Scott learn how to be a werewolf but also to catch the unknown alpha. Along with the other dangers that begin the fill the town. Hayley and Derek's love is tested throughout the story. One thing they know is that they will always have each other. That their love is forever.

I WROTE THIS IN MY TEEN YEARS AND HAS GRAMMAR MISTAKES AND SOME PARTS DON'T MAKE SENSE. I DONT WANT TO DELETE IT BECAUSE ITS DOING SO GOOD. Alex Cruz wants to escape hell she lives in. All her parents do is beat her and constantly tell her to kill herself but when she tries to end everything.... Nobody cares. A nurse brings her to her house to live till she turns 19. She becomes friends with her son Scott and his best friend Stiles. All she wants to do is end the pain and the horrible memories. But what happens when she meets Derek Hale? Will they be more than friends? The first thing he noticed about her was her eyes full of pain, he knew he had to protect her from the world.
