Life as she knew it  changed forever....

Seventeen year old--Dekka Klein-- finds herself in an unknown place with no memory of what happened, her family, or herself. She struggles to remember, but can't recall much.                                                                   
She finds a girl by the name of: Ashley Nightlock. Or at least, that's what she says her name is.                                                                                                       Ashley informs her that The Red House (a secret laboratory) gave Dekka powerful... 'gifts'.  Ashley promises to keep her safe and teach her to use her new found powers.                                                                                    
But Dekka's life isn't that simple. Did she mention everyone hates her? And that The Capitol is trying to murder her.
