When a group of four friends goes on a trip to clear out a house that belonged to Scott's grandparents, Charlotte "Charlie" Evans doesn't like what she's gotten herself into. She has a bad feeling about this house and it just gets worse. Hearing voices when no one is around, a box not being where it was left, footsteps above them even though they're all standing in front of each other. After finding what seems to be a second basement full of stuff that explains all the weird stuff that's been happening, she must race through a fight for her life to save herself and her friends.
