Erva. Minerva. Athena. I have many names and some whisper them into the starry sky, while some shout them on the war fields. I listen to all. All I ask, is to listen back. I'll be strong, in return.

At 16, she trains to be the most skilled deity in combat and consequently becomes the faithful Tactics General for her kingdom, Mount Olympus ruled by Zeus. She's confident about the outcome of The Tournament -a rite of passage showcasing talent and control beheld by the Higher Council- but when the council denotes her as an Akrates, a powerless, her soul is literally crushed.

At 18, she's alive but not living. She still trains alone, or at least tries, though without much progress. She will never be able to engage in combat again and it pains her.

Until one day, Eric, her faithful companion and keeper of a dangerous secret is kidnapped the day before her coronation ball is due. With her worries, fear, and frustration she will discover that everything is not as the eye beholds.

Can she reign victorious as the prophecy foretold?
Can she stop a war that might lead to the utter destruction of the Universe?
Will she be able to save the people she cares for?
Especially when they need her the most?

Realm Of Gods: Empress of Chaos by mars45hall
8 parts Ongoing Mature
Synopsis Amelia was once an ordinary girl on Earth-until the day her fate was rewritten. A cosmic rift tore through reality, pulling her into the unknown. Lost in the infinite abyss, she should have perished. Instead, she transcended. Chosen by chaos itself, she became something beyond mortal, divine, or eldritch understanding-the Primordial Goddess of Chaos. From The Void Beyond Existence, she watches. She does not rule, nor does she guide-not yet. But she knows all. She has seen civilizations rise and crumble, gods ascend and fall, and the echoes of a war that shook the very foundations of reality. Long ago, an Ancient War tore across existence-a war so great that its truths have been buried beneath myths, lost in time, and rewritten by those who came after. Demons, gods, angels, dragons, elves, beastkin, and mortals clashed in a struggle that shaped the very fabric of reality itself. The war ended, but its true consequences remain unseen. From the remnants of that conflict, new races rose to power, forging realms of their own. Kingdoms, empires, and divine dominions flourished in the aftermath, unaware of the deeper truths that lie hidden beneath their foundations. They believe themselves to be the rulers of their own fate, blind to the forces that still linger in the shadows. But whispers persist-of something beyond gods and mortals, of a force that predates creation itself. Some call it myth. Others, prophecy. And in the darkest corners of existence, a cult whispers secrets long forgotten, waiting for the day when the old gods return. And Amelia? She watches. She has waited long enough. Fate is moving once more.
Amarédasse, Daughter of Poseidon by RomancticPrincess
27 parts Complete
Prophesied at birth that she would defeat Poseidon's last remaining enemy once she reached the age of eighteen, Amarédasse has been kept virtually a prisoner in her own home and unaware of the prophecy by orders of her father, Poseidon, while her older brothers and sisters enjoy the freedom that she craves. One day, just before her eighteenth birthday, Amarédasse inadvertently discovers a secret passageway while exploring the palace basement with her cousins, Hebe and Makaria. Once the young mermaid princess uses the passageway to escape she begins to explore the outside world and she comes across a human kingdom whose patron god is none other than her own father. As Amarédasse explores the kingdom she then unknowingly meets its Crown Prince and falls deeply in love with him she is unaware that her father's enemy is watching her every move waiting for an opportunity to strip her of her life. Will Poseidon trust his daughter with the truth and tell her why he kept her locked up her whole life? Will Amarédasse fulfill the prophecy and bring the Golden Age back to all humans and merfolk? Will Amarédasse and her prince live happily ever after like her parents? Read and find out. I dedicate this sequel to my Poseidon fanfiction story to the creator of the Sims 3 machinima trilogy VanityMovies and the entire cast. Yeah, I painted the cover although even I have to admit I'm not much of an artist and I'm still learning how to work that thing.

"There is so much at stake that I'm afraid to lose, I'm not sure I can handle it if I fail," I say, the emotions inside of me twisting and turning, readying themselves to be used but warm hands encased mine, forcing me to hold them back. "There is a reason we all follow you. Not because you're the greatest leader, but because you know you're not. You make mistakes, you learn and you love. There is a war inside you that is beautifully controlled, but now, it's time to set it free. You are not just anybody, you are a fighter, a friend, a leader. . . tell me who you are." Suddenly, newfound confidence washed over me, my shoulders straightened, a smile spread across my lips and I answered, "I am Athena." ---------- Freed from an institute that used people like her for their own selfish gain, Athena took it upon herself to reinvent the place that once brought her so much pain and suffering. She is now the leader of this new Aeterian facility, taking in powered people like her, growing in numbers and trying to live the way they've wanted to for so many years, but as usual, nothing great lasts forever. When a new enemy threatens to destroy all supernaturals including the aeteri, Athena sets out to form werewolf alliances and find a way to stop whatever plans her enemies have in store, but it won't be easy. With secrets being brought into the light, her people who count on her, an ability that is unpredictable and the arrival of a man she thought she long since lost feelings for, Athena no longer controls what she once thought she did- herself. To gain back control, she needs to trust the wolves and make the right decision for her people. There is a war inside her that she has kept at bay for so long, in order to win she knows that war must be set free and god help those that stand in her line of fire. ********** An Aeterian Story- Second Book Book Order: 1. Many forget that the goddess of love was born from the raging sea, but she would do anything to protect her daughter. Adora was Aphrodite's last daughter. Her mother kept her hidden. But, her mother isn't the only one who can keep a secret, especially in a world where your role in society is everything. For there was a prophecy long before she was born: 'Aphrodite's last child would be the one to take the throne, Her paternity unknown. They would carve her face and never forget, for she would be the most beautiful that they had met Cursed for the same fate as her mother Forced to leave her love for another The only way she shall break this curse is if she defeats the first' "Looks like the princess doesn't need saving after all." He says, quietly enough that no one else would hear, as he draws his hand away from my arm. I glare back at him. "Maybe she never did," I walk away, not sparing a single glance back, no matter how much my body was begging me to. I fuss over my hair, pouting as I run my fingers through it to put it back into place. *A warning note* I am not an expert on Greek Mythology, but it interests me greatly. Please excuse any inaccuracies in the book, but if there are any please do message or comment it and I will see if I can change it without making such a huge difference to the plot. Also, my main character is autistic and the experience will be different for everyone. I have tried my hardest to put down on paper how I feel and how I believe others see me. So, please be respectful about the decisions my characters make as I have chosen to give them many different types of neurodivergent brains. I have tried my best to represent these in the most accurate light whilst not romanticising them.

War Within

61 parts Complete Mature

Athena was never meant to survive. Born a farmer's daughter in a dying empire, she watched as demons razed her home, as war swallowed her family, as Rome's corruption shattered everything she knew. Taken as a prisoner, forced into servitude under the infamous warlord Mira, she became a weapon-trained to kill, stripped of mercy, forged into something unrecognizable. Then, she died. Executed by the very city she fought to protect, Athena's soul should have been lost to the void. But the gods had other plans. The Angels of Heaven took her, erased her past, and reforged her as a warrior of balance-a soldier in a war older than empires, older than time itself. With the divine blade of the goddess Athena at her side, she was given a second life. A second chance. But vengeance does not die so easily.
