Laylah is an innocent girl wanted dead because of her father. She's sixteen, beautiful, smart, feisty and on the run for her life. Instead of being the fun and popular girl that she use to be, she is now the quiet girl that nobody pays attention to. She has three basic rules:
1.Don't fall in love
2.Don't get emotionally attached
3.Stay unnoticeable.

What happens when she breaks all three of them?

Nicholas (Nick) is the hottest and most popular guy at school. Unlike most of his so called 'friends', he isn't a player that breaks girl's hearts and doesn't let the popularity go to his head. After being paired up for gym class, he finds himself drawn to Laylah like a moth to its flame.

Laylah tries to ignore her feelings for Nick, but that's hard to do when you start to fall in love...

An ex-couples rivalry for the spot as student body president becomes even more convoluted when two new, unexpected candidates enter the race. Chloe and Preston team up, each vowing to get one member kicked from the competition-- but when they both end up helping their victims to spite each other, the campaign gets a lot more complicated. * * * * * Chloe Peters is determined to solidify her most-popular-girl-in-school status with the label of student body president, so she's furious when three other candidates enter the race. Now, she's competing against her ex-boyfriend Preston McMillan, some nobody named Emily, and the school's notorious troublemaker, Finn Harrel. If it means saving her pride and not letting Preston get the best of her, she'd do just about anything-- even help out Finn, who despite his good looks, gets on her last nerve with his lackadaisical attitude and class-clown antics. Preston McMillan just wants a distraction from the fact that his wrestling team is about to be disbanded. When he signs up for the presidential race, he doesn't expect Chloe to go berserk, nor does he expect to meet Emily, a quiet, stony girl he can't believe he's never noticed before. After deciding to help with her campaign, he's got plenty of distractions-- enough to make him wonder what really matters, and enough to make his friends question where his loyalties lie. One thing's for sure: suddenly, this race is about a lot more than student government. 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐓𝐄𝐃 (𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝) - 𝟑/𝟖/𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟗 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐓𝐄𝐃 (𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐬) - 𝟏𝟎/𝟏𝟓/𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟗 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐓𝐄𝐃 (𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐬)- 𝟖/𝟐𝟒/𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎

#1 Teen Romance on Amazon #1 New Adult #1 Romantic Comedy **Trip Wiley used to merely be the gorgeous new guy at Layla Warren's Catholic high school. Years later, he just happens to be Hollywood's hottest commodity.** Years before Trip Wiley could be seen on movie screens all over the world, he could be seen sitting in the desk behind me in my high school English class. This was back in 1990, and I cite the year only to avoid dumbfounding you when references to big hair or stretch pants are mentioned. Although, come to think of it, I am from New Jersey, which may serve as explanation enough. We were teenagers then, way back in a time before anyone, himself included, could even dream he'd turn into the Hollywood commodity that he is today. I'm sure I don't need to tell you who Trip Wiley is. But on the off chance you've been living under a rock for the past decade, just know that these days, he's the bad boy actor found at the top of every casting director's wish list. He's incredibly talented and insanely gorgeous, the combination of which has made him very rich, very famous and very desirable. And not just to casting directors, either. I can't confirm any of the gossip from his early years out in Tinseltown, but based on what I knew of his life before he was famous, I can tell you that the idea of Girls-Throwing-Themselves-At-Trip is not a new concept. I should know. I was one of them. And my life hasn't been the same since. **READ WHEN YOU'RE IN THE MOOD FOR: Sweet, funny, sexy, and nostalgic.** *** REMEMBER WHEN is a full length romantic comedy novel intended for mature teen readers and immature adult ones due to some high school sex scenes, underage drinking, questionable language and 1980s flashbacks. ***

I'm Layla, Layla Benson. The human form of average being. Nothing special to discover. My life seems as normal as I do. Three Best friend's. Two close cousins. One big family. But as the number of normality falls, my lives double. Just like my attraction for two guys who enter my world in the most different states. Aiden Kings is sweet, gentle and fits the stereotypical life of mine. We also share a secret together that makes us a good team. But Ethan Preston is dangerous, impulsive and fire itself. His presence flips my doll house visual over but makes him an even better partner in crime. As they enter my life, change comes along and pushes me over the cliff that I have been climbing on since I can think. But in fact, I have something special to uncover. A perfect mission with a different truth. Perfectly different. ~Artemis
