Skylar Evans. Age: Sixteen, and counting. Insubordinence Level: Undecided. Or at least, that's what my file states. For our benefit they have hidden this information from us all. Heck, I didn't even know what Insubordinence was, until they brought me to Shelter Seven. Fasces is all I've seen of the world, and I'm not eager to see any more. In an attempt to correct human nature, Fasces was formed with strict laws called the Variables. They influence every aspect of our lives. Our world is only held together by the Variables. So what happens if they fall?
