Noelle has a deadly disease that even the doctor's aren't sure of. She isn't expected to live long, and her parents are just trying to protect her.

But she longs to have SOME form of contact with the outside world. To have friends like a normal girl. To fall in love. To laugh and smile all the time instead of scream and cry. And that's exactly what happens.
