It is 1991, The Cold War has officially ended, however the Americans did not prevail against The Soviet Union. The Soviet Union executed an operation called Operation North Strike in order to invade the United States of America through Alaska and Canada. The Soviets successfully take over Alaska, western Canada, and the West Coast of the United States and form a Soviet stronghold called Iron America.
This novel is about an older man named Sergei and his brother Alexei and their experiences as prisoners in Iron America.

Endrico Warwing and his unit, the U.S. 2nd Air Assault Division (Med), was in Australia at the time. He deploys with his unit as well as other armies in a major offensive to liberate America and reach Washington D.C.
